Windows GUI Client can't connect to irserver

Postby rubalex » Sat 16. Oct 2010, 13:48

I have IRserver installed on NAS LINUX and it is working fine on 192.168.15.111. But I tried to start The Irtrans GUI client (GUIclient.exe) ver. 7.0.14.41385 on my notebook (192.168.15.150) And the GUIclient is looking IRserver ON 127.0.0.1 With error
Code: Select all
IRTrans.NET.IRTransConnectionException: Cannot connect to IRTrans Server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException:  127.0.0.1:21000.

And I cant change IT! I try to input the new IP ( 192.168.15.111) in GUIclient (mode -->> IP - adress) - but no effect!
the Irserver is working and I can access it with irclient.exe 192.168.15.111
At the same time IRremote (6.2.39) is working and accept the change of IP (mode -->> IP - adress) but it doesn 't remember it. AND every time I start IRremote I have manualy change the IP of Irserver.

How can I connect to IRserver with GUIclient?
And how Irremote can remember IP of IRserver?

Simply enter the IP address on the command line:

guiclient 192.168.15.111

or

irremote 192.168.15.111

OK guiclient.exe 192.168.15.111 - WORKS! Thanks.

But I think it is a bug? that I cant connect to server via menu - MODE- IP adress!
