Hello,

I've just been contacted by a HC-SKIPPER's user who encounters difficulties to learn IR codes from his remote UR 81.

When using the IRTRans client / Learn command option several times for the same button, all learned IR codes are different, very different.

Has anyone any suggestions ?

Hi,
when the codes are different with each button press in most cases the carrier frequency of the IR receiver does not fit (56kHz remote).
Learning of those codes is only possible using an Universal learning receiver.

What do you mean by "Universal learning receiver" ? IRTRans is an Universal learning receiver isn't it ?
