Can't learn code from canal sat decoder

I just changed my satelit decoder for a new one, and i can't learn order from the remote. Here is the content of a test file, every command was from the same key of the remote

Hi,
I suppose the Sat Receiver uses a carrier frequency (e.g. 56kHz) that the IRTrans cannot learn.

To learn such codes you will need an Universal learning receiver.

Finally found/bought from your store a COD-RCV-EXT. I want to use it with a Ethernet module version 2.3

Here are the info from diagnostic :

IRServer Version 6.02.82
[ 0]: IRTrans LAN : IR VER: E6.04.51 ETH VER: L1.07.56 SN: 46047

According to your documentation (Ethernet_EN.pdf Page 3) we have plugged the external receiver in the front of the module.

I have use GUI client to parameter the External receiver, like this :

When i try to learn code, server did'nt recognize any order from remotes, and end with a timeout.

in general that setup looks good.

Does the IRTrans react at all (blink green) if you press a remote button ?

You connected the External receiver on the side opposite from the LAN connector ?

Are you sure that you have an external Codelearning receiver ?

Which firmware version does your IRTrans device have ?

No reaction at all when i press a remote if the Codelearning is pluged

Yes, external receiver is pluged in the front of the module, on the side opposite for the LAN connector and power supply

I hope I've got bought it on your store, ref : COD-RCV-EXT.

Hum sorry, i have selected 38kHz receiver, not 38kHz receiver ext.

In this case (38kHz EXT) the module dos'nt blink when i send an order with a remote

You will need send it to us so that we can check and exchange it.
