Unable to learn codes of Philips DSR 5020

Hi,

My ethernet irtrans seems not to understand ir codes from dsr 5020 remote.
I can't learn them, ir server do not catch them ?

Any idea ?

If that happens it is mostly caused by a remote control using an unusual carrier frequency (e.g. 56 kHz).

You will need an IRTrans with Universal learning receiver to learn those IR codes.

Thanks for replying.

I did a mistake : an external receiver was plugged, so the internal receiver was disable, and I tried to learn ir codes using the internal receiver
Using the external one, everythingis ok.
