IRServer Version 5.11.08
[ 0]: IRTrans LAN: IR VER: E5.11.10
ETH VER: L1.06.26

Used CCF Extractor to convert a CCF file - process worked perfectly, saved to irTrans okay.

Rebuild database - OK
Send Command - remote and commands are shown.

Sending commands fail - no response for irTrans unit (no LED blink) and device does not respond.

Thanks for assistance.

Hi,
no idea what the problem is. We would need to see the .rem file to tell you more.

Maybe these are CCF codes for a different Pronto remote using a different format.

Hi,
that is not a standard Pronto CCF Format that is supported by the IRTrans.

The IRTrans SW supports the original Pronto CCF/Hex Format used by the Standard Pronto remotes.

The normal Pronto codes never have "0000" in the first 4 blocks of the code. Only the first block should be "0000". You might try to remove the first 3 blocks.
It does look like a 56kHz code though.

I have new codes (attached) but they do not work consistently.

Are the codes valid or is there something else I'm missing?

Thanks

No idea what to do. Without having the remote control there is no way for us to test or verify those codes.

It looks like the ‘LAN Controller XL’ CCF implementation is to blame here.

I have used the same CCF codes with a Crestron ST-CP and the codes work.

As a workaround I have resorted to connecting the ‘LAN Controller XL’ to the Crestron ST-CP using RS232, this way I send RS232 commands from the ‘LAN Controller XL’ to the Crestron ST-CP which sends the IR signals.

Not an ideal solution but I have achieved what I need.

Well, the problem is that you are using a CCF version that is not supported by our SW.
