Strange problem with Pace HD box

I have a Pace TDS850NV HD sat box.
I have tried to learn all codes in RAW mode, with timing etc.

If I tried to send button 1, the reciver respond, but if I want to send 11 its only respond on first one.

Example from IR-Trans.
1+1 = Channel 1 (Wrong, missing last digit)
1+2 = Channel 12 (Correct)
1+3 = Channel 13 (Correct)
...
2+2 Channel 2 (Wrong, missing last digit)
....
3+3 Channel 3 (Wrong, missing last digit)
...
1+1+1 Channel 1 (Wrong, missing last 2 digit, Should be channel 111)

The receiver does not respond on double key's from irtrans.

But if send key 1 from irtrans and the emidietly press 1 from remote and then again 1 from irtrans its respond. Total code to receiver (111)

Looks like the receiver is using Toggle bits for the IR Codes. What you have learned looks a bit like RCMM.

RAW Codes will not help you here.

Please learn a few buttons with "Learn with timing". You might enable the "Force RCMM" settings in the Device settings before learning.
When learning try to keep a distance of at least 0,5m from the IRTrans device.
If it is an RCMM Code you can try to enable "RCMM Toggle Bit" in the device settings.

Furthermore please press one button 3 or 4 times and check what is shown in "Detected IR Commands".
