Hi All,

here is my issue.

We have 5 boxes (all running Windows 7 x64), 4 are exactly the same (clones of each other), the 5th has slightly different hardware.

For each box we programmed only the numbers from the channel changer. 0 - 9

We have a remote from Airtel (India telecom) and programmed box 1 (which is the unique one and not like the other 4). All went perfect. I have uploaded Box 1 codes.

We then tried to program box 2, and all channels except channels 4,6,8 and 0 did not work at all. That is it seemed to be programmed but when we used IRTrans GUI the STB did not react. We can use the remote and it works and we tried to relearn the commands but nothing.... I have uploaded Box 2. Note I then tried to even copy the airtel-remote.rem file from Box 1 to Box 2 to see if this would help but still 4,6,8,0 would get no response from the STB.

Next we tried box 3. With this box, again we used the same remote and no commands worked :(, it seems to be getting worse. (I unforgettably do not have the .rem file from this IR device)

To be clear Box 2 and 3 are EXACTLY the same.
Box 1 is slightly different but mostly the same.

Also note I am using the IRTrans GUI Client, not a third party exe.

GUI Client: 7.1.17.28321
Driver: 2.6.0.0

We are using IRT-USB-Mod

PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi,
the IR Codes look like RCMM IR Codes.

Those codes are a bit special. What Firmware versions do your IRTrans devices have?
