Disabled user Remote Control for environment control

I am a disabled guy with no movement below my neck. I am frustrated by the devices I have to help me live with a level of independence. I am trying to setup a universal remote control that I could attach to my wheelchair. I have bought a win 7 tablet to and irtrans to help me put something together. I need a graphical interface which can scan through commands and stop when a button is pressed.

Is any gui out there that can perform the remote control function and has source code?

Can irtrans supply the source code for IRRemote (maybe I can add switch functionality)?

Is there anyone who can help?

Hi,
the sourcecode for the irremote programm is part of the Windows SW distribution.

Just select "Source Code" when installing the Windows SW.
