IRTrans Media Center confused commands

Hi

I've had this problem with Vista Media Center and now with Windows 7 media center.

Basically, when I pull open he EPG guide and start to scroll down the channels quickly (by holding down the 'arrow down' key on the remote)
sometimes a program will start recording. This problem is intermittant, but very annoying.

Could this be a problem with the repeat delay when IRtrans sends its commands?

It's very strange it just seesm IRtrans gets confused when you HOLD down a key on the remote and sometimes sends the record button.

Any ideas?

I have the very same problem. Could anybody be so kind to answer on this? I downloaded the latest USB driver for W7 Media Center but that doesn't help. What I also have is when you hold the next key in the guide it scrolls about 8 items and then stops for a brief moment. What shoud happen is that I should be able to scroll through rapidly through the guide but this does not happen.
