IR Trans Client - Devices Menu only has 1 device listed

Hi,

Just taken delivery of LAN Controller and 3 Ethernet PoE... love them... worked out of the box with no config to send IR around the house. Great. Significantly exceeded my expectations.

A few minor problems...hoping I can get some help with... second (first message posted in Ethernet forum):

In the IRTrans Client in any of the dialog boxes with a "device" pop-up list I only see 1 (and on one occasion 2) of my 4 devices. The LAN Controller is always visible...and once I did see one of the PoE devices.

Any idea how I make IRTrans client see all 4 devices?

Thanks

Please check first if the irserver has found all devices.

You can see that in the diagnostics window of the iRtranstray (IR Icon next to the clock).

If not please change the startup link for the irserver: Instead of "irtranstray.exe lan" please use "irtranstray.exe <ip1>;<ip2>;<ip3> ...". (Replace <ip1> with the IP).
That is better than lan anyways because the order of the devices does not change.

Where do I find the "startup link" for the irserver?

It is in the Windows start menu.

Either in the Autostart folder or under Programms-IRTrans.
