How to forget/change power button after its set.

I had the power button programmed and working fine however i later deleted the remote and tried switching the power button to a different remote/code. Now i get an "unhandled exception" error whenever i try to "set mode" in config. Is there a way to reset the device/software to release what i programed and take it back to the beginning if the problem can not be corrected?

Removing a remote that is used might not be a good idea.

I would suggest to rebuilt that remote control (with just one button). Then it should work again.

We will also fix that in the SW with one of the next releases.

Hi,
we tried that out here - the reason is not the missing command.

The reason is that the IRConfig tool is not supported for devices with FW version < 6.00. Please use the GUI Client or Menu Device Status instead.
As the currrent IRTrans SW is not supported for the old OEM Devices there are no plans to change that.
